For three generations, Swift Pools has been providing the tri-state area with the best in pool services and products. Swift Pools was founded in 1974. John Swift IV was responsible for sales. John Swift V was in charge of construction and Bonnie Swift ran the office. In 1984 we opened our store in Newark and installed two display swimming pools. The store is the heart of all operations; our service department is based here, along with our offices. Our construction warehouse is located in west Newark. John Swift IV passed away June 2007. We continue to build the pools he loved and worked hard for, as we have for over 30 years. John and Bonnie’s children now have established their roles; Hilary sells the pools, Courtney does the billing and clerical work and Ethan works in all aspects of construction. As our family grows so does our company. We’re growing to serve you better. Swift Pools, Inc. is proud to share that we were given the “1997 Industry Choice Award”. Also, the people in the area honored us, with the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 News Journals Reader’s Choice Award for the best place to buy a pool.
