We build two types of swimming pools vinyl liner pools and gunite pools. At our retail store in Newark, Delaware we have both pools on display. Our sales person, Hilary Swift, is available to meet with you at your home or at our retail store, which ever is more convenient for you, and discuss your options in more depth. Once you have decided to purchase a Swift Pool you will work with John Swift. He will come out to your home and do what we call a stake out. He will be able to get a feel of your yard also he will be able to tell if you need any retaining walls or you can discuss any concerns about septic tanks or wells. Also, any designing issues can be worked out now. John will work with our designing team to create the perfect pool for you. Since this is a custom pool there isn’t an exact step-by-step process for every customer. This is just a guideline that we hope will help answer a few questions, or better yet give you questions to ask us when you are ready to take the plunge. Step 2 Excavation: This is when we dig the hole for your pool. This usually takes less then a day to complete. If you want to keep the dirt please let us know. Step 3 Plumbing Step 4 Steel walls Step 5 Concrete footings Step 6 Backfill Step 7 Install liner, liner equipment and fill with water Step 8 Electric Step 9 Indoc Step 10 Concrete deck (about 7-10 days after installation of liner) Step 11 Swim!
